Working in New York's highly competitive financial and legal sectors, Justin Muccigrosso has gained experience across investment management, capital markets, and investor relations, and now applies that same discipline to federal white collar criminal defense.

At a New York white collar criminal defense firm, Justin Muccigrosso plays a key role supporting partners and associates on federal matters from investigation through trial. His responsibilities include preparing and managing trial exhibits, coordinating exhibit lists and demonstratives for use in court, assisting with document review and discovery productions, drafting memoranda and motions, and maintaining electronic and physical case files across concurrent deadlines. The work requires close collaboration with attorneys, strict confidentiality in handling privileged material, and precision in coordinating court filings and trial preparation logistics in federal court.

Before entering the legal field, Mr. Muccigrosso served as an associate and RFP specialist at a global asset management firm, where he supported institutional and intermediary clients by preparing customized responses to requests for proposals, due diligence questionnaires, and information requests, working alongside investment professionals and business teams to communicate the firm's capabilities across fixed income, equity, and private debt strategies. He previously spent more than two years as a sales support analyst within the global liquidity solutions group of a global investment bank's asset management division, supporting a national sales team of corporate, university, and municipal clients through client presentations, performance reporting, CRM and pipeline management, and industry conference planning. He began his professional journey at a growth equity platform, evaluating emerging companies and preparing investment analyses for potential funding opportunities.

A graduate of Boston College, Mr. Muccigrosso combines technical expertise with leadership qualities developed through years as a competitive golfer, serving as captain of both his college club team and Xavier High School's varsity golf program. He continues to compete in Metropolitan Golf Association events. He is also an endurance athlete, having completed the Nantucket Triathlon, the New York City Marathon, an Ironman 70.3, and the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon. He has mentored with Student Sponsor Partners and is a member of the New York Athletic Club.
